Gelco gelatin is Clean Label certified and free of additives and type E substances. That makes it an allied ingredient in the manufacture of healthy and Clean Label foods, without sacrificing their flavor, aroma, texture or color.
In addition, we have a double Certificate of Suitability (CEP) for chemical purity and controlled risk of TSE (transmissible spongiform encephalopathies), granted by the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines and Health Care (EDQM), which has great relevance for the pharmaceutical industry.
Traceability and Trust
The laboratory and process control information are captured and stored in a software that gives us the possibility of monitoring the variables in real time, from any place with an Internet connection. That gives us access to reliable and continuous data on the operation.
